You also agree that Orbitz, its employees, agents and other information content providers do not represent that Orbitz Mobile information services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free. Neither Orbitz or anyone else involved in creating, producing or delivering Orbitz Mobile information services shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use Orbitz Mobile information services.
